The disable are suffer from neurogical imbalance due to polio/pprp,mr,cp …hence the muscles oneside contract and otherside expand..lead to fixed deformities..difficulty to stand and walk as normal as able person..surgical release and correction of deformity with the help of calipers and prosthesis help them to keep their limbs in mormal position and walk bettr than before and do some professional job.

My medical background…my family is my backbone to support this noble cause,the inspiration from sri abdul kalaam ji ex-president of India,during his visit in ms,Hyderabad.and dr adinarayana,prema hospital,vizag.my family financial support and my wife dr suvarna personal support is so much that for the success of this mission.this disable foundation was born in the year 1996 in godavarikhani,karimnagar.in the name b.l.n.charitable society named after my beloved parents sri narsaiah and laxmi devi.

What is surgical correctiob and how do you follow the patient?
the day one of admission ,pt will be thorougly examined by orthosurgen and physiotherapy team,assessment of deformity and surgical results will be explained. Pac by anesthetist and surgical correction will be done after good preparation,pre medication,preoperative care.after surgery pt will be kept in sicu for next day,pt will be shifted to room in 3 rd day.and the pt will be discharged between 3 rd day to 7 day according to his/her condition and comfort.physiotherapy will be started soon after surgery.weekly follewup will be continued and after 6 wks the pop cast will be removed and directed to mahaveer vikalang sahaya samithi for caliper,shoes,orthosis etc..our team will follow the pt for 6 months either in hospital or at home.
What is the complication/side effects?
Complications are 2-5% as usual our experienced siniors mentioned in standard books,which are negligible and correctable.
